“The Holy Spirit manifested as a dove when Jesus was baptised. My aim when I started this painting was to show the glory of God in the beauty of the sky, but after it had dried, I felt there needed to be something more. The dove, representing the Holy Spirit who now dwells within us and enables us to do the works which God calls us to do, seemed to be exactly what was needed. Jesus sent the Holy Spirit to be with us, and here we see Him coming down from heaven to us.”  Jean

This is an oil painting on board, size 28cm x 28cm (11 in square). It is framed in a grey frame (see below.) The framed size is 37cm x 37cm (14.5 in square)
