“Our minister invited everyone to plant a sunflower seed early in the year as a sign of hope. Recently there was a presentation in church of lots of examples of people’s blossomed sunflowers, and how the project had blessed people, reaching beyond the church. This inspired my  painting. It is a testimony to the power and hope of the seed and the flower. “    James Martin

The picture is soft pastel on Sennelier pastel card, mounted and framed under glass in a modern white frame, with a white mount board. The picture size is 22cm by 20cm. The approximate framed size is 135.5cm x 135.5cm.

The artist will send the picture out from his studio in the UK.
